At All That Glitters Ladies Boutique, we take pride in our merchandise and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, feel free to return the item(s) within 14 days for a full product refund. To ensure a smooth return, follow the steps below:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of purchase date;
- All That Glitters Ladies Boutique will issue an RA# and provide shipping instructions;
- All items must be returned to All That Glitters Ladies Boutique in original, unworn, unused condition and include original tags;
- All shipping charges to return item to All That Glitters Ladies Boutique will be the responsibility of the sender;
- Once item(s) has been received and fully inspected for wear, tear, and stains, a refund of the purchase price only will be issued to the PayPal account used in the original purchase transaction;
- If an item has been worn, has tears, or has any stains, it will not be accepted for return;
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive an item in error (wrong item, wrong size, etc.), then we will pay for the return shipping to us and shipping of the correct item to you.
If you would like to exchange an item, we can only accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. Just return the item with the correct size written on the return form. If the size is in stock, we will ship it to you at no cost. If it is not in stock, we will issue refund to your PayPal account.
WE CANNOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES.
