How do I place an order? top
The quickest and easiest way is through our website. You place your items in your shopping cart. You can view your cart and check out any time you are ready.
How do I pay for my purchase? top
All purchases are made through PayPal. By using PayPal, you are able to choose Visa, MasterCard, checking account, etc., depending on your account set up. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to establish a verified account in order to purchase from our site. By using PayPal, your purchase is secure as we never see your credit card information.
How do I modify my order after it has been placed? top
If you need to modify your order, please call us at (850) 287-3005 or send an email to southerncoastboutique@gmail.com. We will try to make your changes before your item ships.
Why do you charge sales tax on an Internet order? top
We are required to charge sales tax on all purchases shipped within the state of Florida.
You are out of stock on an item I'm interested in. Can I place a back order? top
Sometimes an item will be out of stock due to a discrepancy in our inventory. We will notify you that we are out of stock and whether or not a back order has been placed. You will be offered the option to change your order to another item, or fully refunded. All refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used when placing original order.
Can I change my shipping address? top
All items must be shipped to the address listed on the PayPal account used for purchasing. This protects you as a Buyer since your address is "confirmed or verified" through PayPal. Shipping to another address does not guarantee you will receive your item. It also protects us as a seller to send to "confirmed or verified" accounts only.
How do I choose my correct size? top
We will try to state in our description whether an item is Juniors, Misses, or Women's. Most of our products are Made in USA so sizes will run truer to size. Where available, size charts are listed below. Size charts are being added to product listings.
